INVESTIGATION INTO PG&E'S ROLE IN CAUSING THE DEADLY CAMP FIRE
CAMP FIRE INVESTIGATION
Leading Northern California plaintiff's firm Phillips, Erlewine, Given & Carlin LLP is investigating PG&E's role in the deadly Camp Fire of November 2018, which devastated parts of Butte County and led to the near complete destruction of Paradise, California. The fire was the deadliest in California history, causing 42 deaths in a matter of days with over 200 people still unaccounted for.
PG&E's negligence and consistent failure to ensure that their power lines were up to code was a direct cause of the fire. It is PG&E's responsibility to ensure that their infrastructure is modern and working properly in order to avoid these sorts of incidents, which have unfortunately become all too common.
